We believe you never retire from God's work. God sees senior adults as mature servants who have a lot to contribute to His kingdom's work-still active in His service and growing more in His likeness. Life in the senior years can be quite challenging, and yet exciting, as you continue actively serving the Lord and sharing your experiences with others. Our goal as we share the love of Jesus Christ with older members and friends is to bring seniors to a personal relationship with Christ and help them grow to be like Him. We have no certain age set for our senior adults. Anyone who wants to be part of the senior adult program is welcome. Whatever your age, you will discover fulfillment, joy and fellowship as you grow with us!

 

 

 

Each Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m., we offer a variety of classes for all age groups. We invite you to visit more than one class and attend where you feel most comfortable.

Another way to connect is through the monthly Senior Adult luncheon sponsored by the Lowell Recreation Association. These times of food and fellowship are filled with laughter and inspiration from a variety of special guest speakers and musicians.

 

 

We invite you to join us the third Thursday of each month in the Fellowship Hall for fellowship, programs that inspire, entertain and inform, and a delicious meal.

 

 

 

There are opportunities to travel and fellowship for senior adults throughout the year to shows like Noah the Musical, The Osmonds, Shoji Tabuchi, Dixie Stampede and the Branson Belle. These include dinning at places like The Rails Seafood Buffet, Peppercorns, and Sadie's Sideboard. The church pays for a chartered bus. Your only expense is the cost of the show and your meal. We have also taken sight-seeing trips to enjoy the changing of the seasons.
